關於藍兔

雲山酒廠,位於台灣桃園市龜山區的免子坑,免子坑得天獨厚的變質岩地質產生天然豐沛的地下低溫硫磺泉,以弱鹼23度C的恆溫冷泉湧現於兔子坑,先民拓墾或日據時期便已發掘,因其終年滋養成群野兔,遂始名以兔子坑冷泉、龜山冷泉或雲山冷泉。

Yunshan Distillery is located in Tuzikeng, part of Taoyuan City’s Guishan District. Due to the unique metamorphic geology of Tuzikeng, there are copious natural low-temperature sulfur springs located underground. The weak-alkaline cold springs, probably excavated by the first settlers of Taiwan or during Japanese colonization, are at a constant temperature of 23-degrees Celsius. The springs has nourished wild rabbits throughout the years, hence its name “Tuzikeng Cold Springs,” (“tuzi” meaning rabbit in Chinese.) It is also known as Guishan Cold Springs or Yunshan Cold Springs.

 

大自然的饋贈造就了藍兔威士忌的誕生,藍兔威士忌屬於鹼性冷泉類威士忌,結合鹼性冷泉,植取單一麥芽,經醣化、發酵與蒸餾後產製而成,自然產製過程中不添加焦糖,色素,香料並耗費巨資以尖端設備結合科技技術,去除酒中甲醇殘留,製後酒香濃郁,口感滑順溫和,不辛辣,酒後無甲醇殘留,退酒快,減緩宿醉頭痛是為其藍兔威士忌的造酒精華與特點。

These gifts of nature are to thank for the creation of BlueRabbit Whisky. BlueRabbit Whisky is an alkaline cold spring whisky made of cold spring water and a glycated, fermented, and distilled single malt. Without using any caramel, coloring, or flavoring, the all-natural production process uses the most advanced equipment and technology to eliminate all traces of methanol from the alcohol. This results in a smooth whisky that is full-bodied but never unpleasantly spicy. The quintessence of BlueRabbit Whisky lies in the fact that it contains no methanol residue, so people sober up fast and hangover headaches are kept at bay.
